Plymouth Wellness Day

An event for anyone looking to make positive changes to their lives. So many of us have struggled over the last couple of years, and if you work and have children, you will feel this more than most. Mental health services are at breaking point, and if you work chances are you are 'not sick enough' to get help, or you are on an extermely long waiting list. But there are many things we can do to help ourselves, and coming to this event could provide you with a valuable piece of information that could really help you and your wellbeing. 

You will hear talks given by industry experts and you will have the opportunity to meet  with various service providers of wellness and wellbeing services.

The event is free for those on a low income and we are offering Advance second release tickets, currently at just £3 (plus 34p fees) per person. By purchasing a Advance ticket or booking ahead, you have priority for seating during our presentations - advanced tickets for this event will be limited, and pre-booked ticket holders will have priority event access. Booking is not essential but is advised if you want to attend for the full day (highly recommended!). All of the money from ticket sales will go to Plymouth Samaritans. We kindly ask that you do not book unless you will 100% be attending.  

We also have a FREE LUNCH available for the first 50 people who book a paid ticket.

By registering in advance (and of course, attending!), with either a free or paid ticket, you will be entered into the prize draw to win our fantastic prize. You will need to attend to be entered into the prize draw, so be sure to give us your name and email address on the way in.  

The 'care package prize' up for grabs: 4 x yoga sessions, a 50 minute massage, £40 Cosmic Kitchen voucher, a meditation session, a hyperbaric oxygen therapy treatment and a spot at Plymouth Red tent (the last prize is for females only, so may need to be gifted, depending on who wins).
