Wellness Days, Workshops & More

Wellness Days

Tailored to your requirements, we provide wellness days for your staff, to teach them useful skills to support their mental health and wellbeing. Prices from £100 per person for up to 15 people.

What we need to know: Location (Devon and Cornwall only), numbers, demographic, full or half day and whether you would like lunch included. If you have a request for a specific activity, please let us know or give us a call

Wellness Workshops

These can booked as standalone workshops or as a course. These 2 hour sessions will give you a more in-depth look at a particular area, going into detail around what it can do for you and why it works to support your health and wellbeing. Understanding the 'why' is key to integrating these practices into our daily lives. Prices from £40 per person for up to 15 people.

Areas we cover: Yoga, Qi Gong, Breathwork, Meditation, Sound Healing, Polyvagal Theory, General Mental Health, Workplace Wellbeing.

Instructor Only

If you have your own space, and would like to book an instructor to come to you, whether it's 1 to 1, a small group or a larger group, let us know what kind of instructor or facilitator you require and we will make those arrangements for you. 

Small Groups

Do you have a birthday or hen party coming up? Or do your friends want to club together and have a wellness day just for you? Then get in touch! We can tailor a full day, half day or evening to your requirements, arranging the venue, activities, instructors, food, equipment and anything else you need to make it a special and relaxing time.

Talks and Larger Events

We have a database of speakers and facilitators who can provide talks on all things wellbeing, from mental health to menopause, from habit forming to healthy eating. If it's related to wellbeing, we have who you need.  We have speakers and facilitators in the following areas: Breathwork, yoga, Pilates, sound baths, Shamanic practices, cacao ceremonies, sweat lodges, forest bathing Qi gong, nutrition, mindset coaching. meditation and many other forms of exercise.

If you would like us to hold an event with a larger group (up to 100 people) combining talks and workshops, this is something we can facilitate.
