About the event
We have recently applied for funding to run a course of workshops for parents with mental ill health. This would require a commitment of half a day (roughly 3.5-4 hours, plus your commute) once a week for 12 weeks. The course will be carefully curated to meet your needs and include (but not limited to) the following: breathwork, yoga, qi gong, meditation, sound healing, various workshops.
We know that a time commitment of this length may be difficult for some, however it will be incredibly beneficial. Please RSVP if you would like to be considered. Once we have further details, those who have registered their interest will be contacted.
Please do reach out if this is something you would be interested in, but a shorter course / less hours would be preferred (for example, monthly / 2 hours a week / alternate weeks / 6 weeks instead of 12. Suggestions encouraged. We have the ability to run more than 1 course, so there will be choice regarding days/times.
